NEOSM successfully conducted the Product & Asphalt Fleet 2026 Crew Safety Seminar, bringing together seafarers and shore-based personnel to strengthen our shared commitment to safety, operational excellence, and a strong Speak-Up culture.

The seminar provided an open platform for participants to share experiences, discuss lessons learned, raise safety concerns, and explore practical ways to improve communication and teamwork both onboard and ashore. Through presentations, case studies, and interactive discussions, participants highlighted the importance of identifying hazards early and speaking up whenever something does not seem right.

NEOSM successfully conducted the 2026 Gas Tanker Crew Safety Seminar, reaffirming its commitment to the highest standards of safety and operational excellence across its LPG fleet.

The seminar brought together crew members and maritime professionals to enhance awareness on critical areas including LPG cargo operations, risk management, emergency response, and human factors in safety. Through interactive discussions and real-case learning, participants gained valuable insights to support safer onboard practices.
